Grow Your Own ECE: Partnerships and Pathways

The National Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Center invites you to this webinar, part of the Grow Your Own campaign series. The webinar will focus on supporting a diverse early educator workforce through equity-centered and community-driven strategies.
This webinar will explore how partnerships can create supportive pathways to earning educational credentials and degrees. After a welcome from the National ECE Workforce Center’s Abby Copeman Petig (Research Director, Center for the Study of Child Care Employment), there will be a lively conversation between Ola Friday (Early Educator Investment Collaborative), Ninderjit Gill (North Seattle College), and Randi Wolfe (Early Care and Education Pathways to Success) about how they have been bringing their visions of improving ECE to life. You’ll hear about registered apprenticeships, multilingual programs, language justice, and higher ed partnerships.
