This report draws on our work and the lessons of others to capture the experience of states in the months and years following the 2014 reauthorization. CLASP’s level of engagement with these states varied from one-time phone or email consultations on interpretation of the law to in-depth, in-person consultation to develop and evaluate policy options for complying with the reauthorization.
