This collection of resources can be used to support prenatal-to-three through federal relief funds. Many of these resources came out of the webinar series, Justice from the Start. The federal relief funds in the American Rescue Plan and the earlier rounds of federal relief represent significant —often unprecedented — investment, providing champions with new opportunities to advance equity and justice from the start in the prenatal-to-three period. Throughout the Justice from the Start webinar series, participants heard from dynamic leaders who are advancing specific prenatal-to-three early care and education, family support, and maternal and infant/toddler health strategies with these funds. The series also included community and state leaders discussing their reforms in the context of planning, advocacy, equity, implementation, and sustainability.
