This recording is from the kick-off webinar of the Child Welfare and Early Childhood: Cross-Systems Collaboration to Improve Outcomes for Young Children and Their Families series.

Given that approximately 40% of all children entering foster care are ages 5 and under, addressing the needs of these children and their families is necessary if child welfare systems are going to move toward achieving better outcomes for children and families.
