In March 2016, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (Department) released a brief, “Participation in Parent Aware Ratings across Minnesota.” This is the annual update. The report highlights the percent of licensed child care1 rated: • By Parent Aware • With higher (Three- or Four-Star Rating), or lower (One- or Two-Star Rating) Star-Ratings.
